Cuvée Boujon d'avril

Symbol of a unique centennial know-how in Champagne, each cuvée is rigorously pressed by the family oak press «Darcq Flamain» dating from 1888. The fruit of a long-term work that will give all the subtlety and rarity to Joseph Desruets champagnes: a natural and subtle oxygenation accentuating the aromas and offering round and powerful wines. The cuvée Boujon d’avril is a white wine from our plots of Pinot Noir enjoying a southern exposure ideal for a greedy and fruity harvest.

The senses

The color is slightly pink with salmon reflections called»partridge-eye».

The nose is floral with tropical notes.

On the palate, the wine is rich with notes of hibiscus, goji berries and red fruits. Round on the palate (yellow nectarine notes), the finish is long and mineral.

Best served at a temperature of 8°C
The Cuvée Boujon from April is ideal as an aperitif or goes with white meat and poultry as well as seafood.
