Cuvée de Monsieur Edmond
Symbol of a unique centennial know-how in Champagne, each cuvée is rigorously pressed by the family oak press «Darcq Flamain» dating from 1888. The fruit of a long-term work that will give all the subtlety and rarity to Joseph Desruets champagnes: a natural and subtle oxygenation accentuating the aromas and offering round and powerful wines. The cuvée of M. Edmond is a rosé wine from our plots of Pinot Noir exposed to the south and our old plots of Chardonnay for a greedy and fruity harvest.
